Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Essam Halim Hussein, Dean of the Faculty of Computers and Information, a seminar was held today on Sunday, June 22, 2025, introducing the Egypt Government Excellence Award. This seminar reflects the faculty's commitment to enhancing concepts of excellence and quality within the higher education system. Dr. Qadry Hamed Abdel Mogoud, the award coordinator, presented at the seminar, which was attended by the award team members Dr. Marwa Khairy Mohamed and Dr. Mohamed Abdel Salam, the faculty's secretary.

The seminar was also attended by several faculty members, their assistants, and administrative staff members of the faculty. It covered an introduction to the award, explanation of its objectives, presentation of its axes, its action plan, how to apply for it, and an explanation of its criteria and indicators.
