In an effort to uphold the integrity of examinations, a set of guidelines and standards have been established for student behavior during theoretical, oral, and practical examinations. Here are the key points:

Final Examinations

  1. Invigilators must be present inside examination committees with sealed examination papers at least fifteen minutes before the start of the examination.

  2. Students must be seated in their designated places within the examination committee at least fifteen minutes prior to the start of the examination. No individuals unrelated to examination organization are allowed near the doors and windows of these committees.

  3. Students are required to close and hand over their mobile phones to the invigilators before taking their seats, as well as surrender any papers or books. Invigilators are authorized to immediately cancel the examination of any student found with a phone or academic material after the examination has begun.

  4. Entry into examination committee premises without a university identification card or national ID card is strictly prohibited.

  5. Students are to adhere to their seat numbers within the committees, and seat changes require permission from the invigilator or committee head.

  6. A student may enter the examination up to 10 minutes after the commencement of the committee. Any further delay should be reported to the Dean of the faculty for possible entry up to 20 minutes after the start of the examination.

  7. Distribution of answer booklets shall commence five minutes before the scheduled start time.

  8. Students are required to write their details only on the designated strip attached to the answer booklet, including subject information, examination date, academic year, and section.

  9. Students may begin answering as soon as the designated examination time starts.

  10. Students will be briefed on general penalties and prohibitions regarding their conduct within the examination committees before the start of the examinations.

  11. Students are required to sign the attendance sheet next to their name for each examination after verifying their identity.

  12. It is strictly forbidden to write anywhere other than the designated answer spaces on the examination paper, examination table, or to place any stickers on them.

  13. Causing disturbances, speaking loudly, or breaching the examination system within the committee is strictly prohibited.

  14. At the end of the specified examination time, the committee invigilator will announce this, and answer booklets will be collected from students by the supervisors present in the committee.

These regulations are designed to ensure a fair and secure examination environment. It is essential for each student to strictly adhere to these guidelines to uphold the integrity of the examination process.
