MU Hosts Programming Competition in Collaboration with Egypt's Digital Creativity Centers

In the framework of the presidential initiative "Bedaya" aimed at enhancing digital capabilities and nurturing individuals, Minia Private University, through the General Administration for Student Care, specifically the Department of Scientific and Technological Activities, organized a programming competition in collaboration with Egypt's Digital Creativity Centers "Creativa". The event witnessed a significant participation from university students under the patronage of Dr. Essam Farahat, the President of Minia University, acting President of the Private University.

Dr. Essam Farahat emphasized the importance of such competitions in cultivating a generation capable of keeping pace with the technological revolution. He pointed out that activities like these contribute to enhancing students' technical awareness, preparing them for both local and international job markets.

He noted that the competition aims to refine students' skills in programming and information technology, encouraging innovation and preparing them to face the challenges of the digital future in line with the goals of the Egyptian state in digital transformation and achieving Egypt's Vision 2030.

The competition garnered a significant turnout from university students, with over 60 participants under the supervision of a judging committee comprised of faculty members from the Computer Science Department at the Faculty of Science, with active engagement from the Computer Science Student Union.

The competition was organized under the supervision of Walid Abd Elkawi, the General Director of Student Care, Dr. Fatma Saleh, the Department Director, alongside Mohamed Mokhtar El Shazly, Wad Ahmed, amidst an atmosphere of creativity and competitive spirit.
